The Challenge
111 Cambridge Street has recently undergone a major internal transformation, with Merit Interiors having been chosen as the principal contractor to undertake this office refurbishment project. Merit Interiors proceeded to strip out the existing Witchery and Mimco fitout creating and office design layout of nearly 3000 square metres of lettable area and blending beautiful period features with the necessities that equip a modern office space.
The Result
A striking new three level staircase was constructed from steel and concrete to link the 3 levels from the main atrium at the entrance to the building and installation of new building services throughout combined with a total roof refurbishment, has ensured that tenants have sound and reliable infrastructure supporting their occupancy.
