Frauscher’s new workplace enhances staff connectivity and well-being by creating distinct zones that encourage both collaboration and relaxation, with dedicated spaces designed to foster team interaction and provide a quiet retreat for unwinding. Client-facing spaces are carefully separated from the playful design elements, ensuring a professional aesthetic for meetings with clients and visitors. The breakout area, filled with live plants and flexible seating, serves as an ideal environment for spontaneous meetings or moments of quiet reflection. Additionally, recreational spaces, including a pool table and gaming areas, offer a fun and relaxing escape.
